We are hiring an organized and proactive Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist HR in basic operations (attendance, coordination)
- Ensure a professional and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
