We are looking a well-organized, proactive, and presentable Admin & Project Coordinator with a background in the fit-out or interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of UAE experience, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare and manage emails, memos, reports, and project-related documents.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Support project teams by managing project documentation and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure office environment is professional, tidy, and efficient.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Ensure all team members are updated on project developments.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project status reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in an administrative role, preferably in interior design / fit-out industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
- Familiarity with project documentation and procedures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
