Admin & Project Co-ordinator – Fit-Out / Interior Design Background

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking a well-organized, proactive, and presentable Admin & Project Coordinator with a background in the fit-out or interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of UAE experience, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven administrative capabilities.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years in an administrative role within the UAE
Industry: Fit-out / Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare and manage emails, memos, reports, and project-related documents.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
  • Support project teams by managing project documentation and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure office environment is professional, tidy, and efficient.
  • Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure all team members are updated on project developments.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project status reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in an administrative role, preferably in interior design / fit-out industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
  • Familiarity with project documentation and procedures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
