Admin (Real Estate)

  • Provide admin support to real estate agents
  • Prepare and manage contracts, documents, and transaction files
  • Update CRM, listings, and client records
  • Coordinate appointments, viewings, and follow-ups
  • Handle calls, emails, and general office tasks

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years real estate admin experience (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office/Google Workspace proficienct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Tagalog (Preferred)
