Sales Administrator – Real Estate (SPA & Oqood)

Key Job Duties**

  • Prepare, review, and process Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) in coordination with sales, legal, and developers
  • Handle Oqood registration for off-plan properties through the Dubai Land Department system
  • Collect, verify, and organize buyer documents (passport, Emirates ID, visa, KYC forms)
  • Coordinate with DLD, trustees, developers, and brokers to ensure accurate and timely registrations
  • Maintain records of unit allocations, payment schedules, and contract statuses
  • Generate and track invoices, receipts, and payment milestones
  • Update CRM systems with client details, booking forms, and transaction progress
  • Liaise with clients regarding contract signing, registration updates, and handover timelines
  • Support the sales team with reports, unit availability, and transaction tracking
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
