Admin Secretary

Administrative secretary (Arabic speaker)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary Inside Sales located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Secretary will perform various clerical tasks, provide administrative assistance, manage communication channels, coordinate scheduling, and deliver excellent customer service. Daily tasks will involve answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing support to the sales team to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Scheduling and organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Salary negotiable
