We are looking for Admin Secretary preferred from Philippines (for Ladies only). office located at Al Masraf Bldg. Al Quoz 1 near Sheikhzayed Road.

Job Descriptions

** Manage to Update Daily Works Excel Sheet and Microsoft

Prepare Contract A, F, B and Tenancy contract

* Provide full administrative support to Director by making necessary letters, documents and agreements

* Handle Confidential Documents ensuring they remain secure

* Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping

* Conduct Research and prepare Presentation or Reports if needed

* Familiar with Real Estate laws and regulations (Not necessary)

* Knowledge of excel sheet, Microsoft word and Power Point

· Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Excel.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of real estate management software is a plus.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
