Admin Support Officer - UAE National (Emiratisation)

General Overview:


We are currently hiring motivated and proactive Emirati graduates for entry-level Administrative Support roles . This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin or grow their careers in a professional corporate environment and are available to join immediately.


As an Admin Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring efficient documentation management, and assisting internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document control, and record management
  • Handle internal and external communication professionally via email, phone, and other channels
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations and follow-ups
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing basic reports, and organizing documentation
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with internal policies and procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Adapt to evolving administrative processes and operational requirements


Key Requirements:


  • Emirati with a FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – mandatory
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to join immediately
