Administration & Accounts Assistant

Our Client is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant with Accounting Knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Check invoices received against proper documentation and seek approvals if needed.
  • Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested.
  • Support budget monitoring and expenditure.
  • Support tax related tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support in daily activities in the office, including but not limited to, processing of invoices, expenses, supporting flights, hotel and car bookings, answering telephone, emails, scheduling meetings and events, and assisting all departments.
  • Recording of all approved documents and purchase orders.
  • Receiving guests and navigating to the right personnel and making coffee.
  • Front desk management, maintaining an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Scanning, filing, copying, typing, binding, etc. of documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support HR function with new joiners, movers, and leaver tasks.
  • Support with DIFC visas & immigration documentation.
  • Filing, record keeping and other correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular checking of office supplies, and ensure accurate equipment records.
