Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage correspondence, emails, calls, and schedule meetings. Maintain records, files, and office documentation accurately. Support HR & Finance teams with administrative tasks. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure office supplies and inventory are maintained.

Good communication skills in English Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
