Administration Assistant

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time/ Contract

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with enquiries
  • Schedule appointments and support day-to-day operations
  • Assist with filing, correspondence, and other clerical duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and especially Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive, professional attitude
