The Role
The Administration Coordinator will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director of Fusion Integrated Solutions. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and cross-department coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key responsibilities include managing calendars and travel, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with HR, Finance, and Operations, maintaining confidential records, and supporting special projects and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and technologically adept, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field • 3–6 years’ experience in administrative or executive support roles, ideally in an IT environment • Exceptional organizational, communication & multitasking skills • Strong attention to detail and professionalism • Ability to manage confidential information • Tech-savvy mindset; understanding of IT systems is a plus • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is an advantage • Proactive, solutions-driven attitude • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira is a plus
