Administration Executive

  • Office & Facilities Management
  • Maintain, organise, and manage office equipment, supplies, and inventory. PRG Pakistan+2lamwork.com+2
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors – for supplies, maintenance, utilities.
  • Calendar, Travel, Events & Meetings Coordination
  • Manage executives’ / management team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure there are no conflicts.

  • Organize internal & external events, meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Correspondence, Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, reports, presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical & electronic).
  • Take minutes in meetings; track follow-ups. Career Trend+1
  • Budgeting, Expense & Financial Coordination
  • Track and report office/admin expenses and keep them within budget.
  • Handle petty cash, vendor invoices, purchase orders.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Support
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments (e.g., HR, finance, operations) and external parties (clients, vendors, service providers).
  • Respond to queries, support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Process Improvement & Policy Compliance
  • Review existing administrative processes; propose and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data confidentiality. Career Trend+1
  • Supervision & Team Coordination (if applicable)
  • Oversee junior administrative staff or support staff.
  • Delegate tasks; ensure priorities are met.

Skills & Qualifications Often Required

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite etc.).
  • Attention to detail; accuracy in documentation.
  • Discretion & ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
