- Manage executives’ / management team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure there are no conflicts.

- Organize internal & external events, meetings, conferences, etc.
- Correspondence, Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, reports, presentations.
- Maintain filing systems (physical & electronic).

- Budgeting, Expense & Financial Coordination
- Track and report office/admin expenses and keep them within budget.
- Handle petty cash, vendor invoices, purchase orders.
- Stakeholder Communication & Support
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments (e.g., HR, finance, operations) and external parties (clients, vendors, service providers).
- Respond to queries, support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Process Improvement & Policy Compliance
- Review existing administrative processes; propose and implement improvements for efficiency.

- Supervision & Team Coordination (if applicable)
- Oversee junior administrative staff or support staff.
- Delegate tasks; ensure priorities are met.
