Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor outstanding Vendor payments and follow up with Relevant Department.

· Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

· Draft, proofread, and format letters, memos, reports, and presentations.

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior management or team members.

· Organize, store, and maintain confidential documents and records.

· Prepare and file reports, invoices, and contracts in accordance with business requirements.

· Assist in creating and maintaining accurate database records.

· Oversee maintenance of office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

· Conduct facility visits to ensure operational standards and safety compliance are met.

· Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

· Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.

· Coordinate company events, training sessions, seminars, and team-building activities.

· Support HR in managing employee records, onboarding, and training schedules.

· Assist finance with processing expenses, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.

· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and maintain safety records.

· Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects.

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

· High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
