Job Title: Administration & Government Relations Officer

About the Role
FATORAH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Government Relations Officer to support the company's administrative operations while managing government-related services, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with UAE government entities, ensuring the timely processing of employee documentation, company licenses, payroll-related administration, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employee-related government transactions, including employment visas, residency permits, Emirates IDs, work permits, and visa cancellations or renewals.
- Liaise with UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DMCC, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies to process company and employee documentation.
- Ensure the timely renewal of company licenses, establishment cards, permits, and other legal documents to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and process onboarding and offboarding documentation related to government authorities.
- Monitor employee passport requests and maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation.
- Prepare, submit, and track applications through relevant government portals and ensure all transactions are completed within the required timelines.
- Keep management informed of changes in UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and other government requirements that may impact business operations.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding government-related invoices, payments, and monthly statements.
- Support the monthly payroll process by maintaining accurate employee records, preparing payroll-related documentation, and coordinating with HR and Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Verify payroll inputs, including new joiners, resignations, leave records, salary amendments, deductions, and employee benefits before payroll processing.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Support the resolution of employee government-related matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to company facilities, accommodation, transportation, and official documentation when required.
- Assist during inspections, audits, and official visits by government authorities.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, Government Relations, Payroll, or a similar role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DMCC, visa processing, labor regulations, and company licensing requirements.
- Experience supporting payroll administration and maintaining employee records is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of UAE employment and immigration regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Pay: AED2,987.66 - AED11,947.29 per month
