Administration Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administration & Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee regulatory documentation, statutory compliance, and inter-department coordination across all company projects.

This is a company-level leadership support role (not project-specific) that acts as a central coordination hub between government authorities, consultants, architects, civil teams, accounts, and management. The role demands structure, persistence, professionalism, and strong follow-up capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Identify and track all required approvals, licenses, permissions, and statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with government departments for submission, follow-ups, and approvals.
  • Maintain comprehensive compliance checklists for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure systematic documentation, filing, and record management (physical and digital).
  • Track renewal deadlines and ensure zero compliance lapses.

Government & Consultant Liaisoning

  • Coordinate with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company professionally in official meetings.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, and third-party agencies to ensure timely documentation flow.
  • Follow up persistently to ensure work closures within timelines.

Inter-Department & Administrative Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between civil, accounts, consultants, and leadership.
  • Prepare structured checklists and ensure execution tracking.
  • Monitor documentation pipelines and escalate delays proactively.
  • Provide administrative support across departments and sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate (mandatory).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in compliance, liaisoning, regulatory documentation, real estate, construction, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of local municipal and real estate approval processes (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Willingness to travel locally for government office visits and coordination work.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, documentation systems, and email drafting.
  • Smart personality with professional presentation and confidence to handle bureaucratic hierarchy.
