Administration Manager

Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to Semi-Retired Designer

Armendariz Design Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide office support and assist the owner, a semi-retired designer, with both business and day-to-day administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping keep projects, schedules, and communications organized.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Client follow-up and communication
  • Organizing digital and physical files
  • Assisting with proposals, invoices, and project documentation
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Supporting marketing and social media efforts
  • Running occasional errands and assisting with general administrative needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation

Experience in design, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus but not required.

Compensation is based on experience. Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $29.56 per hour
