Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in any related field, preferably Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC recognized University with 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all matters related to support staff.
- Overseeing Canteen matters, responsible for conducting inspection to maintain hygiene.
- Maintaining registers and ledgers.
- Educational Trips/ Excursions record
- Assist in organizing all school functions.
- Act as a liaison between the Principal and Organizing Committee and Support Staff.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of school administrative processes, office management, record keeping, and institutional policies.
- Proficient in handling correspondence, documentation, file management, and coordination with academic and support departments.
- Skilled in managing admissions data, attendance records, staff scheduling, and logistical arrangements for school events.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Competency in using MS Office, school management software, and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and timely task execution.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage day-to-day issues, prioritize workload, and ensure smooth operational functioning.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating integrity, and adhering to institutional rules and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support school leadership in administrative planning and implementation.

- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
