Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of EMAHS.
- Plan, organize, and supervise medical operations, including home care, on-call services, and event medical deployments.
- Manage resource allocation, staff scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support the Medical and Nursing Directors in implementing operational strategies and quality standards.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations and company protocols.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure efficient coordination and service satisfaction.
- Oversee fleet and equipment management, ensuring readiness and maintenance of ambulances, medical kits, and operational assets.
- Prepare and review operational reports, invoices, and project summaries for management.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory control processes.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and efficiency across all departments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to urgent operational needs.
