Administration & Sales Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration & Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team and ensure smooth internal operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with sales support functions to help optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. The role also has official government and regulatory bodies duties representing the business in face-to-face meeting. This role is based on site in Riyadh so the ideal candidate will already be based in Riyadh with a strong knowledge of market. No relocation allowance is given for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quote generation, order processing, and customer follow-up
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management
  • Aid with sign contract
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment and invoicing.
  • Collection of payments, sales, sign contract
  • Assist in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and contract management

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related tasks
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination for the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist in maintaining company documentation and records
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding and personnel record maintenance (if needed)
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) in a structured and efficient manner
