Administration Senior Executive

Overview

The Administration Senior Executive is responsible for the procurement of office supplies, furniture and consumables. He/she manages suppliers throughout the execution of operational and maintenance activities within the GDMO offices and plans the safe disposal of waste for GDMO. The role requires teamwork and adherence to relevant business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with teams across GDMO to support administration requirements, such as maintenance, requests for office supplies and furniture, requests for consumables or disposal of items.
  • Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Administration and Procurement Section Head/Unit Head Administration to assist with producing monthly KPI reports.
  • Office Administration: manage and implement design and modifications to the GDMO office space; source and procure workspace furniture and facilities; execute day-to-day operational activities and relocations of people, furniture and office collateral.
  • Manage and work with suppliers to execute routine, corrective and/or unplanned maintenance activities within the office space, including scheduling, obtaining required permissions/approvals and ensuring employee safety throughout the maintenance period.
  • Carry out the procurement of office supplies, maintain physical inventory and database of available stock.
  • Procure consumables (e.g., food, drinks), maintaining physical inventory and database of available stock.
  • Safe Disposal Management: collect office assets, excess products and waste, including hazardous goods requiring safe disposal; carry out safe disposal of office assets, excess products and waste.
Qualifications
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership/Supervisory: A minimum of 3 years working in a team.
  • Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Additional Qualifications: Certification in procurement or supply chain management, such as CPSM or CPM.
