Administration Specialist

Company: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)-

Job Purpose:

Responsible for handling and taking part in; transportation, courier, call center, customer service, SAP records’,

plants, organizing the company events and company communication services

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle the transportation cost center budget to be approved from the top management
  • Handle the monthly expenses and revenues for the employees’ transportation
  • Handle the SAP records variances analysis and clarifying the differences
  • Participate in the water supplement to the company site and the monthly water test
  • Review the monthly transportation reports (car registration, fleet management, withdrawal car store, bus life cycle, the cost center expenses, the newspaper reports)
  • Review the employees’ buses daily arrival and take the corrective actions and send it to the management
  • Train other colleagues on the job
  • Follow up the couriers companies offer and compare the prices and services >
  • Follow up the monthly invoice for the contracted courier company with prices randomly check
  • Review courier monthly reports and report any deviations
  • Review the call center reports and send the necessary correspondences to the responsible departments
  • Coordinate the daily permissions payment for uncontract courier companies
  • Take note of any unexpected cases and take the corrective actions
  • Take note of the messengers and call center agents’ daily performance
  • Handle the mobile phone companies monthly invoices
  • Handle the local and international lines monthly invoices
  • Handle the monthly reports for the company communication services
  • Handle the company plants plans and review the daily progression
  • Participate in organizing and follow up the summer company summer activities
  • Participate in organizing the final events
  • Handle SAP records :
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
