Location: Doha, Qatar (Prestigious location with top quality accommodations)
Salary: Monthly QAR 1,500 – QAR 2,000 (US$ 410 – US$ 550)

Job Description
We are hiring an Administrative Support Staff / Office Manager to take care of day-to-day organizing, cooking, cleaning, and admin support work at a small private residence and an executive office. The role includes full upkeep of both spaces and basic assistance in daily routines. This includes:

  • Daily cleaning, tidying, and organization of all rooms and spaces
  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
  • Cooking or meal preparation, managing groceries, inventory, and light errands
  • Ensuring the home and office are always spotless, organized, and ready for guests or work
  • Serving light refreshments or supporting meetings as needed
  • Handling deliveries or supervising occasional maintenance visits
  • May be assigned additional corporate administrative duties based on demonstrated proficiency in basic English communication and computer skills.

This is a discreet, high-trust position where precision, cleanliness, and dedication are essential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a maid, cleaner, or housekeeper
  • High personal standards for cleanliness, reliability, and discretion
  • Hardworking, detail-focused, and perfectionist personality
  • Earnest character with respectful, conservative values
  • English communication skills (basic conversational level or higher)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Female candidate, preferably Asian
  • Holds a driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, internet browsing, Microsoft Office tools)
  • Ability to prepare both Asian and Western meals
