Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled " Administrative Affairs Manager" to join our team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative affairs
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Active driver’s license
  • Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul


Job Descriptions

  • Manage administrative processes for the company’s Headquarters and newly established Tuzla Production Facility
  • Plan, manage, and report administrative budgets
  • Ensure all machines, equipment, and materials operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid breakdowns, delays, and material-related accidents
  • Oversee allocation, tracking, and control of company rental vehicles in line with Vehicle Usage Procedures
  • Organize and monitor fuel services
  • Coordinate pest control services and ensure implementation of treatment plans
  • Supervise cleaning, catering, and shuttle services with daily, weekly, and monthly checks
  • Monitor shuttle schedules, analyze delays, and implement improvements
  • Plan cafeteria operations, enforce menu compliance, and ensure hygiene standards
  • Conduct inspections for cleaning, catering, and shuttle services, follow up on actions, and report results
  • Control building services such as lighting, heating, and cooling, and ensure timely repairs
  • Manage building maintenance and repair activities in compliance with company procedures and regulations
