ANK Global Chartered Accountants is seeking a skilled and organized Admin and Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our administrative operations while assisting with marketing activities aimed at enhancing our company's visibility and client engagement. This role requires effective communication skills in English, basic marketing knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and email management. The candidate should be highly organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth office functions and effective marketing outreach.

The candidate will leverage their experience to contribute to day-to-day administrative duties and support the marketing initiatives. This includes managing digital content for social media platforms and assisting with communication strategies. With at least three years of relevant experience, the individual must have a proactive approach toward learning and performing tasks that promote the companys growth and client satisfaction. The role plays a critical part in maintaining order and ensuring consistent marketing efforts, which helps in building a strong brand presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media content to increase brand awareness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams using clear and professional English language.
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination to support the marketing and administrative departments.
  • Utilize MS Office applications to prepare documents, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to marketing and administrative activities.
  • Support event organization and follow up on marketing leads or client inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for marketing or administrative needs.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist in creating engaging posts to enhance online presence.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking marketing metrics and report outcomes to management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
