Administrative Assistant: 1099

Experience with remodeling is REQUIRED. 1099 Part Time Position to Start out. Will likely Expand to Full Time.
We are seeking another dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our remodeling/construction family owned and operated growing business. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have project management abilities, be flexible and open to feedback to ensure efficient operation in our ever-changing environment. This position is hybrid in-office and Work From Home. This will be a 1099 position and is starting Part Time Hours 20-25 hours a week but will likely expand to full time.

Duties
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to support customer inquiries
- Scheduling jobs with customers and managing each crews calendar (with multiple crews)
- Assist with project management and communication of multiple parties (with multiple crews, multiple vendors, and different types of jobs)
- Assist in daily office tasks including entry of data related to each customers profile, utilizing excel/word/google maps
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team, including calculation of payroll

- Visiting jobsites to communicate with homeowners and the crew for check ins/progress, taking photos AS NEEDED

Requirements
- Must have your own computer with Microsoft Word/Excel/Etc.

- Previous experience in a remodeling/construction field of customer support is Required
- Ability to have a flexible schedule (hours): Monday - Friday and possibly Sunday evenings as needed although not often
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
