Administrative Assistant

Kuwait

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, provide administrative support to management, and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Assist with basic data entry and office tasks

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 Years Experience
  • Arabic Nationality Preffered
  • English language proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,etc.)
  • Visa no 18 Transferable
  • Immediate joiners
