Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and process all social insurance procedures for employees (additions/removals – settlements – data updates).
- Manage medical insurance procedures including issuing cards, renewals, and resolving service-related issues.
- Prepare and submit insurance-related documents and reports to the relevant authorities within the required deadlines.
- Maintain and archive all employee files and records related to insurance.
- Follow up on deductions or entitlements related to insurance in coordination with the Accounting department.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding insurance and provide problem-solving support.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks (drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, handling incoming/outgoing mail).
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in administrative work, with a focus on social and medical insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and insurance regulations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
