Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process all social insurance procedures for employees (additions/removals – settlements – data updates).
  • Manage medical insurance procedures including issuing cards, renewals, and resolving service-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit insurance-related documents and reports to the relevant authorities within the required deadlines.
  • Maintain and archive all employee files and records related to insurance.
  • Follow up on deductions or entitlements related to insurance in coordination with the Accounting department.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding insurance and provide problem-solving support.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks (drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, handling incoming/outgoing mail).
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in administrative work, with a focus on social and medical insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and insurance regulations.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
