Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel
  • Use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data sorting, comparison, and summarization
  • Assist in managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other software/tools such as Google Workspace, ERP systems, or CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Time management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
