Imperium Group is seeking a
highly professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to support our Cairo office operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations, including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and documentation.

Prepare professional communications, meeting agendas, presentations, and reports for management review.

Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and conference calls, including logistical arrangements and minute-taking.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, contracts, and project-related files.

Support HR and recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and personnel record management.

Assist in the preparation and tracking of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in coordination with the finance department.

Monitor office supplies, handle procurement requests, and manage vendor relationships.

Support internal communications and ensure smooth coordination between Cairo, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi offices.

Assist management in preparing internal reports, performance summaries, and project documentation.

Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.

Contribute to improving office efficiency by proposing and implementing organizational and administrative improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or design industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
