Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and planning itineraries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Intermediate /Graduate

Experience: internship or 1 year in shipping and logistics.

Proven experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office technology.Females are encouraged to apply
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
