A large conglomerate is looking for a Admin Assistant for procurement department for Projects /Data Centre business.
Responsibilities:-

Assist in evaluating vendor qualifications and managing supplier communications

Manage and process procurement approvals on platforms such as PM Web and Project Connect, ensuring all documentation and workflows are compliant and up to date

Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on procurement status, technical compliance, and risk mitigation

Assess and manage resource requirements for both pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring adequate staffing and expertise across different geographies.

Coordinate with vendors to negotiate and finalize framework agreements for various Long Lead Equipment (LLEs), ensuring terms are favourable and compliant with company standards

Maintain accurate records of technical submissions, procurement activities, and compliance documentation.

Support audits and governance reviews related to supplier onboarding and technical compliance.
Experience & Education :-
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

8-10 years of experience in technical coordination or engineering procurement, ideally within data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Strong understanding of technical specifications, procurement processes, and project documentation.

Experience with MEP systems, vendor management, and contract administration.
