Job Title: Admin & Operations ExecutiveJob Summary

The Admin & Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational matters, including managing accommodation maintenance and repairs, as well as coordinating student-related matters with partner universities. This role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and effective communication between students, service providers, and universities.

Key Responsibilities1. Administration & Operations

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to students and properties
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

2. Home Repairs & Accommodation Management

  • Handle student accommodation issues, including maintenance and repair requests
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of maintenance costs, invoices, and service reports
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure student satisfaction after repairs

3. Student Matters & University Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between students and universities for administrative matters
  • Assist students with documentation, accommodation issues, and general support
  • Coordinate with university administration on student-related matters such as enrollment support, housing, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of student documents and requests

4. Communication & Support

  • Respond to student inquiries professionally via email, phone, or messaging platforms
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, universities, and external vendors

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare basic operational reports for management
  • Ensure processes comply with company policies and university requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or operations (education or student services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to liaise confidently with universities, students, and service providers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
