Job Title: Admin & Operations ExecutiveJob Summary
The Admin & Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational matters, including managing accommodation maintenance and repairs, as well as coordinating student-related matters with partner universities. This role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and effective communication between students, service providers, and universities.
Key Responsibilities1. Administration & Operations
- Manage daily administrative tasks and operational workflows
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to students and properties
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
2. Home Repairs & Accommodation Management
- Handle student accommodation issues, including maintenance and repair requests
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance
- Monitor repair progress and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain records of maintenance costs, invoices, and service reports
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure student satisfaction after repairs
3. Student Matters & University Coordination
- Act as a liaison between students and universities for administrative matters
- Assist students with documentation, accommodation issues, and general support
- Coordinate with university administration on student-related matters such as enrollment support, housing, and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of student documents and requests
4. Communication & Support
- Respond to student inquiries professionally via email, phone, or messaging platforms
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with students, universities, and external vendors
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare basic operational reports for management
- Ensure processes comply with company policies and university requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or operations (education or student services preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to liaise confidently with universities, students, and service providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
