Administrative Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating with executive staff, and supporting day-to-day office functions. The role requires professionalism, multi-tasking abilities, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily office functions and assist executives effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with clients, team members, and external parties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, documentation, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or a diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus
