Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team with daily office operations, client coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, provide excellent customer service, and assist agents with listings, transactions, and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Prepare, organize, and manage property listings and documents
  • Assist with contracts, agreements, and transaction files
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Coordinate with clients, brokers, and external partners
  • Support marketing activities such as posting listings on portals and social media
  • Monitor office supplies and handle basic office administration
  • Assist with reports, invoices, and data entry
  • Support CEO with daily assistance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
