Administrative Assistant

Real estate company looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time to assist with out CEO. We're seeking someone organized, communicative, professional, and capable of handling day-to-day office tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling and basic office operations
  • Support team members with day-to-day needs

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Office experience
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not required
  • No smoking permitted in or around the workplace

Location: In-person role based in Brooklyn, NY (11204)
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
