Administrative Assistant

Medical Business Solutions is a well-established local business that provides management and consultant services to private medical practices and physician groups. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a reputation of hard work that produces positive outcomes. We value a healthy work-life balance and consider ourselves to be a family-friendly company. The regular office hours are M-Th 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-2pm. Full or Part-Time can be considered.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, a background in office/clerical work, and the desire to become part of a close-knit working team with opportunities for advancement.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and maintaining the CEO's calendar
  • Project tracking and management
  • Correspondence - drafting and editing documents, contracts etc.
  • Assistance to upper level management with basic accounting and human resource functions
  • Confidentiality - handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous office experience - 2 years minimum
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite products and other computer knowledge

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
