Job Summary
An immediate and unique opportunity to join a small nonprofit in its 45th year, serving with a group of volunteer Christian counselors who will appreciate your office management, Google Workspace, website management, social media, QuickBooks and receptionist skills. Reports to the Executive Director and manages all office functions, including financial transactions and official records, visitor reception, contact and donor information, email, mail, telephone and social media communication. 20 hours per week, $15 per hour, no benefits. The work schedule is flexible during office hours, Monday - Thursday, 10 AM - 4 PM. Seeking candidate for long-term employment with no expectation of changes to hours or wages in the near term.
