This position is Part Time, approximately 16 hours, Mondays and Wednesdays, working as an Administrative Assistant in a Small Property Management office that supplies support to Apartment site employees, renters, construction flips, real estate sales, and owners. Daily job responsibilities would be to file, answer phones, email and scanning documents, posting social ads, calling vendors, reporting, maintaining office supplies and appearance, create/use excel spreadsheets.

The right person must be dependable and someone that verifies their work independently before disseminating information to others. This position will be beneficial to someone wanting to learn the property management industry but would be perfect for someone looking for a position to stay in for a while at this stage of their life. Proficient in speaking and writing the English Language is required. Casual office attire is appropriate.

Previous office experience is a must.

Critical thinking, problem resolution, follow through, customer service and communication, and organizational skills are a must.

Skills Needed:

  • Office Productivity Suites: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Adobe is required for document creation, data management, and email communication.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurate and quick keyboarding skills for entering data into systems and maintaining digital records.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and proofreading to ensure no errors in correspondence or reports.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a limited, part-time schedule.
  • Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and efficient verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to keep digital and physical files in file system
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing daily needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Discretion when handling sensitive company or client information.

High School diploma or equivalent.
