<Job Summary>
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced property management office.
This is a key position that keeps our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy.

<Duties>
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications through phone calls, email, property management software, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records and document organization.
- Support maintenance coordination by assisting with work order tracking and vendor communication.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and reports as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including receipt entry, invoice preparation, and expense tracking.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and internal task workflows.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems using Google Drive and company software platforms.
- Assist with general office administration and operational support.
- Support special projects and occasional personal assistant tasks when needed.
<Qualifications>
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus).
- Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
