Full job description
We, Dar Ghantoot Contracting LLC looking an ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.
Responsibilities
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Act as the first point of contact for customers.
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Update calendars and schedule meetings
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
· Coordinate internal team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
· Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
· Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly reports and arrange new meetings and appointments.
