Location: Downtown Dallas

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully on-site

Salary: $50K+

Position Overview

This role serves as the central administrative and front office resource for the organization. The position blends administrative assistant, receptionist, and office coordination responsibilities and plays an essential role in keeping daily operations organized, professional, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities


Front Office & Reception Support

  • Serve as the primary front office presence, greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain clean, organized shared office spaces and conference rooms
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setup


Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications as needed
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and record organization
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor communication
  • Assist with document preparation and distribution
  • Maintain organized records and office files
  • Support company culture initiatives including office events, employee birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and team engagement activities


Qualifications and Preferred Traits

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Professional communication skills and dependable work ethic
  • Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable balancing front desk presence with broader administrative responsibilities
