Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient, organized workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

· Maintain office records, files, and documentation (digital and physical)

· Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

· Professional demeanor and attention to detail
