Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team

Assist the sales department with daily operational tasks

Enter customer information into the CRM accurately and efficiently

Input vehicle descriptions and upload vehicle photos as needed

Order brochures and marketing materials

Schedule dealer trades

Review vehicle features with customers after purchase to ensure a smooth delivery experience
