Position Overview: Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant's role entails managing the office's daily operations and providing essential support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will possess significant professional experience accompanied by exceptional organizational, communication, event coordination, and customer service skills. It is imperative that the candidate demonstrates the ability to work independently and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Uphold a high standard of customer service by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries.
Ø Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ø Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
Ø Assist in the formulation and execution of departmental goals, objectives, and priorities.
Ø Plan, organize, and oversee the workflow of subordinates, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
Ø Manage the planning and execution of both internal and external events.
Ø Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and volunteers.
Ø Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments within the field of administration.
Ø Execute other duties as assigned.
