Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and provide exceptional administrative support.

Duties

  • Assist with office management duties, includes generating reports, answering the phone and emails. Addressing client concerns.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to operate various software applications, including Microsoft OneDrive and Excel.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that office supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Skills

  • Experience in data entry is highly recommended but not required.
  • Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is preferred but not required.
  • Have the ability to handle a large workload and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in problem solving
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneDrive.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
