Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp, organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our accounting and tax firm. You will manage the front office, handle client inquiries, and support our team with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Bilingual Communication: Manage calls and emails professionally in both English and Arabic.

Office Support: Greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage the firm’s calendar.

Data & Filing: Handle data entry, scan tax documents, and maintain organized digital and physical files.

Tech Management: Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software daily.

Requirements

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Tech Skills: Strong computer literacy; fast and accurate typing/data entry.

Detail-Oriented: Able to handle sensitive financial documents with high accuracy.

Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a quiet office environment.
