Administrative Assistant – Front Office
Madrone Trail Public Charter School is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the central hub of our busy front office. This fast-paced position is the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors and requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage frequent interruptions with warmth and composure.

Responsibilities include managing student enrollment and records, daily attendance, volunteer coordination, health and safety documentation, field trip logistics, bus coordination, parent communication systems (Synergy and ParentSquare), and general office operations. The role also includes administering student medications (with training), supporting district compliance requirements, and maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, comfortable working with multiple technology systems, and committed to supporting a positive school community. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required; experience with Synergy and school-based systems preferred.

This is an essential role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our school.
