We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service & Administrative Support professional to join our team! This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week, working 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling options (morning, midday, or evening shifts available).

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

The ideal candidate is computer savvy, comfortable navigating social media platforms, and skilled in providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and management
  • Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing mail distribution
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools when needed
  • Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems and calendar management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
