Administrative Assistant (Secretary)

Location: Verona, PA (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | $17/hr | 30 hours per week | 9am-3pm

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and helps keep the company organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities

· Answer and manage incoming phone calls

· Communicate with vendors, distributors, and customers

· Assist with inventory tracking and data entry

· Coordinate and manage invoices

· Support basic bookkeeping tasks

· Manage scheduling and calendar coordination

· Maintain organized records and paperwork

· Work with Excel

· Assist with occasional marketing or social media projects

Qualifications

· 2+ years of administrative experience preferred (will hire based on skill level)

· Strong computer skills required

· Proficiency in Excel

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Reliable transportation to Verona, PA
