Administrative Assistant – Professional Aquatic Services, Inc.
Location: Sanford, FL Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: $41,000 – $46,000 per year, hourly rate based on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of calls, assisting management as needed, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Experience in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not required; however, applicants must have strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Ideally, some experience in the swimming pool industry
  • Basic knowledge of pool equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.) is helpful but not required
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and office staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable using office-based software applications (email, CRM systems, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in office 5 days per week
Primary Duties
Experience with Most is preferred
  • Prepare and deliver accurate repair, renovation and equipment replacement quotes based on technician notes, inspection results, and company pricing guidelines.
  • Reception and front-desk management
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Customer service via phone and email
  • Scheduling and call intake (experience with service-based systems preferred)
  • Support for sales-related communications and documentation
  • Processing messages, customer requests, and daily updates
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office front
  • Assisting management with administrative tasks, follow-ups, reports, and special projects
  • Clear verbal communication with clients and team members
  • Providing general office support as needed
